Aya is a dancer and actress based in Tallahassee, Florida. Aya began dancing as a young child, studying ballet and gymnastics. She fell in love with Belly Dance and Egyptian folk dance at the age of 19 after stumbling into a dance studio one summer afternoon. Since that day, belly dance has been a permanent fixture in her life and has studied with instructors across the world including the U.S., Egypt, Korea, and Japan.

During her dance career, Aya taught at Expressions Movement Studio in Tallahassee, Florida, where she also directed the belly dance troupe, The Dendera Dancers until 2022.

Aya regularly performs in festivals, gala events, and women's parties and has been praised for her graceful and powerful performances.
